The Information We Collect
We collect personal data of our workers, candidates, suppliers, business contacts, shareholders and website users. We will always try to give individuals appropriate notice of what data will be collected and how it will be used. Whatever happens, we will only process that data if we consider it fair and lawful to do so.
As a service provider, we also collect data required to setup the systems and provide maintenance support. We do not collect sensitive data beyond the need to fulfil our contractual obligation of work. Sensitive data includes personal identity numbers, financial account information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious, philosophical or other similar beliefs, membership of a trade union or profession or trade association, physical or mental health, biometric or genetic data, sexual life, or criminal record (including information about suspected criminal activities).
Sharing data with third parties
We may share data with our contracted service providers and advisors who may be located in other countries. These third parties provide a variety of services to us, including without limitation, data storage, security, system consultancy and administration. Before we do so, we take steps to ensure that your personal data will be given adequate protection as required by relevant data protection laws and Enable’s internal policies.
System data is processed and stored in the respective cloud systems. Work related data that may contain personal data is stored in reputable cloud storage provider.
We take all necessary precaution to maintain the security of personal data collected in accordance to our internal policies. We do not host any system and rely on reputable service providers to provide the required systems and support, bounded by respective data privacy agreements. Customers should also review the data privacy policies of the system providers they have selected and enter direct agreements with them.
We will retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary. If you have an account with us, we will only keep the data while your account is active or for as long as needed to provide services to you and, as further needed for us to comply with our global legal and contractual obligations.
You are entitled to learn more about the information collected, or if you would like to access or rectify your information and/or request deletion of information we collect about you, or restrict or object to the processing of your information, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
